Cables for Sony IER-Z1R, IER-M9, IER-M7 and XBA

For the IER-Z1R, choose Sony IER-Z1R: its MMCX socket sits in a recess and we make a dedicated plug for it. The IER-M7 uses a flush MMCX socket, so standard MMCX fits. XBA-Z5 and MDR-EX1000 have their own options.
