MMCX is the round, snap-on connector used by Shure, Campfire Audio, FiiO, final, Dunu, Tin HiFi and older Westone models. Choose MMCX under Headphone connection, then the plug for your player: 3.5 mm, 4.4 mm balanced, or a USB-C DAC plug. Every cable is handmade to order in Singapore and ships worldwide with FedEx.

Check your earphone

Look at the socket: MMCX is a small round socket and the plug clicks on. If the socket sits at the bottom of a recess, choose IE300/600/900 instead.
MMCX plugs can turn in the socket, so there is no left/right polarity to match; check the L and R markings on the cable.

Common questions

Will any MMCX cable fit my IEM?

A standard MMCX plug fits standard MMCX sockets. Recessed sockets (Sennheiser IE 200–900, AKG N40 and N5005) need our IE300/600/900 plug.

MMCX or 2-pin: which is better?

Neither changes the sound. MMCX clicks on and can rotate; 2-pin holds firmly and has a polarity to match. Choose the one your earphone has.

Can I use an MMCX cable with my phone?

Choose a USB-C DAC plug, or Ethos Ultra, which comes with a USB-C DAC plug as well as 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm. See IEMs with your phone.
