Shipping & Return

International Shipping

We ship at actual rate for cables and IEMs, the amount will appear before you check out.

We provide the following shipping methods:

    • FedEx International Priority
    • FedEx International Economy
    • FedEx International First

        FedEx International Priority usually takes 1-3 working days. FedEx International Economy usually takes 3-5 working days. FedEx International First usually takes 1-2 working days.However, these are just estimated time-frames given by FedEx. The actual delivery time may vary due to various reasons, for instance, international flight control due to COVID, natural disasters, recipient not available and etc.

        In the very unfortunate event of a package lost (which is extremely rare) and is confirmed by FedEx, we will then either fully refund the customer, or ship out a new product immediately, as per customer's request. 

        Domestic Shipping

          2. Qxpress (2-day delivery)
          3. SpeedPost
          4. Singapore Post local registered parcel

            Tax & Custom

            We are NOT liable for any tax charges incurred at the custom of the destination country.

            We are also NOT liable for any tax charges incurred at the Singapore custom if the customer has declared a high value for their repairs, ear impressions and reshell send to us. We usually will prepay the tax, and contact the customer for subsequent tax payment.

            Declare all repairs, ear impressions and reshell under US$200 when sending to us from overseas, contact us if you have any doubts.

            Returns

            If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of purchase. 

            Restocking fee (30% of item price) is applicable for regular products (shipping fee not refundable). There are no returns or exchanges on final sale (sample sale) merchandise and items that is build to customer specified customization. 

            Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

            Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since confirmation of delivery (based on tracking information), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

            To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

            Additional non-returnable items:

            • Custom In-Ear Monitors
            • Custom Spec/Length/Connector IEM/Interconnect cable

            Above item cannot be refunded as soon as production starts, even if the item remains unshipped.

            To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

            Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

            There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
            Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
            Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

            How to Initiate Returns

            Email us at sales@null-audio.com pertaining your return, state your order number and item(s) to be returned.

            Upon approval of the return, we will issue you a FedEx return shipping label and inform you the shipping cost. You may then contact local FedEx to schedule a pickup at your convenience.

            Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
            If your return is approved, then your refund(amount minus the FedEx return shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3~5 working days(Credit Card) or instantly(PayPal).

            Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

            If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
            Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
            Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
            If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
            support@null-audio.com.

            Sale items (if applicable)

            Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

            Exchanges (if applicable)

            We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@null-audio.com and we will arrange shipping label for you.

            Tax & Custom

            We are also NOT liable for any tax charges incurred at the Singapore custom if the customer has declared a high value for their returns, repairs, ear impressions and reshell send to us. We usually will prepay the tax, and contact the customer for subsequent tax payment.

            Gifts

            If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

            If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
