Cables for Sennheiser IE PRO and IE 80

Sennheiser’s stage monitors and the IE 80 use their own connectors. Choose Sennheiser IE40 Pro for IE 40 PRO, Sennheiser IE500 Pro for IE 500 PRO, and Sennheiser IE8/80 for IE 80 and IE 80 S. Standard MMCX does not fit these models.

Check your earphone

Check the model name printed on the earpiece or box. IE 40 PRO and IE 500 PRO look alike from the front but use different connectors.
IE 80 and IE 80 S each have their own Sennheiser replacement cable. Tell us which one you have if you are unsure.

Will an MMCX cable fit my IE 40 PRO?

No. The IE 40 PRO socket has an extra sheath; choose the Sennheiser IE40 Pro option.

Is the IE 80 cable the same as the IE 8?

Our configurator lists one Sennheiser IE8/80 option. A forum owner reports the IE 80 and IE 8 cables differ, so tell us your exact model when ordering.
