AAW Trade-In Programme
Trade in any AAW in-ear monitor and get 25% off the price of a new AAW IEM, up to SGD 400 (about USD 313 at our website's exchange rate).
What you can trade in
- Any AAW universal or custom IEM, current or discontinued.
- Working or not: faulty and broken IEMs are accepted.
- The model and value of your old IEM don't change your credit.
Your credit
- 25% of the new IEM's price, up to SGD 400 (about USD 313). The new IEM can be any AAW universal or custom model.
- Options such as faceplate inserts, artwork and engraving are charged at the same prices as on a new order.
Example: Mokara costs SGD 2,899. 25% of that is SGD 724.75, so the SGD 400 cap applies and you pay SGD 2,499.
Your new IEM
- It comes with our full standard warranty, the same as any new AAW IEM. See Warranty.
- Custom IEMs are made in about 4 weeks after we receive your ear impressions or scan. See How to order custom IEMs.
How to trade in
- Email sales@null-audio.com or visit our studio with the model you have and the one you want. We confirm your credit.
- Send your old IEM to us with tracking, or bring it to the studio. It is not returned. From overseas, declare it under USD 200 (see Shipping & Return).
- Place your order for the new IEM with your credit applied.
