Year end is a fruitful season. Postal operation gets busy and overloaded. The shipment transit time may be extended. You may consider courier service (FedEx) to receive package faster and safer.
There are worrying news from Canada Post due to the ongoing postal Strike. We strongly recommend courier service to Canada.
Some updates.
Canada Post is still having ongoing negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). While negotiations continue, CUPW continues to conduct rotating strikes across Canada. These rotating strikes have caused delays throughout Canada’s postal network – including in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, where the country’s largest processing facilities, airlines and ground handling operations are experiencing significant backlogs. Please take note that there will be ongoing delays for parcel and mail delivery.
Canada Post has recommended postal administrations worldwide to discontinue the dispatch of all mail (letters, small packet, parcels and EMS) until further notice.
Shipments to Canada via international registered mail shall be temporarily unavailble till further notice.
