Small scree fell out while changing ear tips. I have never had this happen before. No way to get it back in!!! Also they only supply 3 pairs of ear tips. This is very CHEAP!!! They sound good but can't refine the sound with such a small assortment of tips. Sad!!!:(

Is an adaptor provided to connect to a 3.5mm headphone input?

this product includes a Hibiki earphone and a Capri cable. Capri cable is terminated with lightning connector. It could be directly plugged into iPhone 7 and above. 3.5mm adapter is not necessary and is provided.
