| Other charges | Shipping: EPAC is free on every order; FedEx International Priority is free on orders of USD 250 or more, otherwise its live rate is shown at checkout. | Delivery | Ready-stock items ship within 2–3 working days. Cables are built to order and ship in about 1 week. Custom IEMs ship about 4 weeks after we receive your ear impressions or scan; reshells take 6–8 weeks. Delivery to Japan then takes 7–20 business days by EPAC or about 1–3 working days by FedEx International Priority (FedEx estimate). |
| Returns and exchanges (change of mind) | Eligible standard products can be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 30% of the item price applies, and shipping costs, including return shipping, are not refunded. Within the same 14 days an unused cable can be exchanged for another cable without a restocking fee. Custom IEMs, cables made to a custom spec, length or connector, sale and final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please email us before sending anything back. |
| Defective or damaged items | Covered by our 1-year warranty (from the day your order is delivered): we repair or replace the item. Email support@null-audio.com with your order number and photos. |
