The LETSHUOER S12, S12 Pro, S12 Ultra, Ember and Astralis planar IEMs all have detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin sockets, so any of our cables fits them. Choose Standard 2-pin (0.78 mm) under Headphone connection, then the plug for your player: 3.5 mm, 4.4 mm balanced, or a USB-C cable with a built-in DAC for your phone. Will a 4.4 mm balanced cable work with the S12 or Ember?

Yes. The plug only has to match your player. Choose 4.4 mm if your player or dongle has a 4.4 mm balanced output.

The stock cable has swappable plugs. Do ours?

Our cables are built with the one plug you choose: 3.5 mm, 4.4 mm or USB-C. If you need more than one, our plug adapters convert between them.

Can I use them with my phone?

Choose the USB-C DAC plug: the cable has its own DAC, so it plugs straight into a USB-C phone, with no separate dongle.

Which cable suits a planar IEM?
