I think that the service of the staff is really good and the quality of the CIEM produced is of a great quality despite facing greater competition from brands like Noble Audio, Heir Audio, UE Pro, JHAudio and 64Ears. Great job and keep up the nice work.

One suggestion is to have an option for the two pin port to be like that of UE Pro CIEM made after September 2010 so that users can purchase the right angled 2pin cable from UE if they want to(:
