IEM Reshell Service by AAW
A reshell keeps the earphones you chose for their sound and rebuilds them in custom shells cast from your ears: a deeper seal, more isolation and a fit you can wear all day.
The service
A reshell takes the drivers and crossover out of your universal or custom IEMs and builds them into new custom-fit shells made from impressions of your ears.
The custom shell seals better than universal tips, so you get more isolation, steadier bass and comfort for long sessions. Because the tubes and the fit change, the sound can shift slightly from the original.
Design
Choose the shell and faceplate colour for each side, an Atelier faceplate or your own artwork, the nozzle tips, the AAW logo finish and engraving, and watch it come together in the configurator’s live 3D preview.
Choose a recessed or flat 2PIN socket for the new shells.
Eligibility
Most universal and custom IEMs can: balanced armature, dynamic, hybrid and electrostatic (EST) designs. Customers have reshelled models such as the 64 Audio A18t, Thieaudio Voyager 14, Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10 and Sennheiser IE 900.
Damaged units, metal housings and unusual designs are checked case by case, so tell us the model before you send it.
Fit
In Singapore, we take ear impressions at our studio for SGD 50, in 10–20 minutes, by appointment through WhatsApp +65 8731 5476 or sales@null-audio.com.
Elsewhere, post physical impressions from a local audiologist, or email a 3D scan (STL) of your impressions or ear canals. How to order custom IEMs explains what a good impression or scan needs.

Post your IEMs (and physical impressions) to Null Audio Studio, #01-03, LHK2 Building, 76 Playfair Road, Singapore 367996. Tel: +65 8731 5476.
Pack them in a hard case, and email support@null-audio.com with your order number and tracking. High-value items may incur import duty and tax, which is borne by the sender.
Care
Clear the nozzles with the brush after use and wipe the shells with the dry cloth. Keep them in the pouch, away from heat and moisture, and avoid alcohol-based cleaners on the faceplates.
If the fit isn’t right within 30 days of delivery, we refit them for free (overseas return shipping is charged separately).

Great Reshell
Reshell was done right for my 64 Audio A18t, recommended!
UE triplefi 10 reshelled
When my triplefi iem's broke I didn't know what to do with them, they sounded really nice with comply foam tips and an upgraded null audio cable, so I thought I could fix them myself... But nope, there was no way to glue them back together so I put them away. I found them again last year, and this time I got my ears molded and sent them for reshelling. They are back, and better than ever! The fir is perfect, the sound is even better than when they were new (including the NA cable and comply tips)! I upgraded the cable so the monitors now look fantastic and sounds amazing! Sending and receiving them with FedEx was a breeze, everything was taken care of. Thanks for excellent support and service!

Reshell A3H+Lux
The reshell custom A3H+Lux had a perfect fit to the ears. There is no need to keep adjusting to the ear tips for good fit. The customised A3H+ Lux provides excellent and consistent sound isolation. The good seal gives better bass response and also consistent overall sound quality. I like it very much.
SE846 Reshell: WOW
I'm not one to write reviews, but felt the need for this. Sent my SE846 for a reshell (not custom). They had the Trishd mod and sounded fantastic. Now, they sound even better... Blowing my best expectations out of the water. Folks, don't hesitate.

Yes. AAW ownership transfer reshells an AAW universal or custom IEM to the new owner’s ear impressions for a flat USD 150.
Reshells have a 1-year limited warranty that excludes the original drivers. Because every reshell is built to your ears, it can’t be returned for a change of mind.
